1. Acceptance of terms

By using Speak2Hire, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all users, including free and Pro subscribers.

2. Description of service

Speak2Hire is an AI-powered English speaking and interview coaching application. We provide spoken English feedback, mock interview practice, conversation drills, and a structured 30-day course for Indian job seekers.

3. User accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Speak2Hire.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits is prohibited.

4. Free and Pro plans

• The free plan includes limited daily usage as described on our pricing page.
• Pro subscription is ₹299/month, billed monthly.
• Pro subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not used more than 10% of Pro features.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our AI models or content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to abuse the free tier limits
• Submit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content through voice or text inputs

6. AI-generated content

The feedback, corrections, and suggestions provided by Speak2Hire are generated by AI and are for educational purposes only. They may not always be perfectly accurate. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI feedback.

7. Intellectual property

All content in Speak2Hire — including course lessons, vocabulary, prompts, and UI — is owned by Speak2Hire. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Speak2Hire is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
