1. Who we are

Speak2Hire is an AI-powered English speaking and interview coaching application built for Indian job seekers. We are operated by Speak2Hire (a product of Qpredicta). You can contact us at: support@speak2hire.qpredicta.com

2. What data we collect

• Account data: When you sign up with Google or email via Clerk, we receive your name and email address.
• Practice data: Your spoken answers, interview responses, and fluency scores are processed to provide feedback. Voice recordings are sent to our AI provider and are not stored permanently.
• Progress data: Session counts, streak, fluency scores, and course completion are stored to track your improvement.
• Payment data: If you upgrade to Pro, payment is processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
• Usage data: We collect basic analytics (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.

3. How we use your data

• To provide AI feedback on your spoken English
• To track your progress and show improvement over time
• To personalize your course and interview questions to your job role
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send streak reminders (only if you enable notifications)
• To improve the product based on usage patterns

4. Data sharing

We share your data only with the following third-party services required to operate the app:

• Clerk — Authentication and user management
• OpenRouter / Google Gemini — AI processing of your spoken answers (voice data is not retained)
• Razorpay — Payment processing
• Neon / Supabase — Database hosting (your progress data)
• Sentry — Error monitoring (no personal data in error logs)

We do not sell your data to any third party.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and progress data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. Voice recordings are processed in real-time and not stored after feedback is generated.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@speak2hire.qpredicta.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use browser localStorage to store your profile, progress, and preferences on your device. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Authentication cookies are managed by Clerk.

8. Children's privacy

Speak2Hire is intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
